Exchanges and Store Credits Only

At Twisted Orchid Beauty Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges or store credits under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy:
1. Time Frame: Exchanges or store credits are available within 14 days of purchase.
2. Condition: Merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging.
3. Receipt: The original receipt is required for all exchanges or store credit transactions.

Exclusions:
1. Gift Cards: No returns or exchanges on gift cards.
2. Clearance Items: No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

Defective Electrical Products:
- Defective electrical products may be eligible for exchange within the manufacturer's warranty timeframe. Please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning products for exchange.

How to Process an Exchange:
