1. Apply Deep Cleansing Shampoo to wet hair, massage, leave on for 1-2 minutes, and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
2. Wear suitable gloves, pour the Disciplining System into the bowl, and divide the hair into 4 sections. Apply the product from roots (not on scalp) to ends using a brush, and comb for even distribution. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes depending on hair porosity and structure. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.
